       GSD series stand-alone dust collector is a kind of on-site dust removal unit with small volume and high dust removal efficiency. The basic structure of the dust collector is composed of three parts: a fan, a filter and a dust collector. Each part is installed in a vertical frame. The steel plate shell has a beautiful appearance, compact structure, reliable operation and convenient use.
Use of single machine dust collector: This series of products are widely used in dust removal in the foundry industry, ceramic industry, glass industry and refractory materials, cement building materials, grinding wheel manufacturing, chemical products, machinery processing and other industries. The product has good dust removal effect for metal chips with large specific gravity, foundry sands such as lathes, grinders, carbon powder, pigments, bakelite powder, plastic powder, etc., as well as non-fibrous dust with a large specific gravity.

The GSD manual series contains the following components:
1、The main part contains: fan room, filter room, ash collection room
2、Other auxiliary systems: manual dust cleaning rod, dust collection box, filter material, electric control controller;
Features: simple operation, convenient maintenance; small footprint, great flexibility (can be designed as explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof according to actual conditions or customer requirements)
