       Thermal destruction is a widely used and much studied organic skin gas treatment method, especially for low-concentration organic waste gas. Thermal destruction of organic compounds can be divided into direct flame ignition and catalytic ignition. Direct flame combustion is a method of direct combustion of organic matter in the air stream and auxiliary fuel combustion. In most cases, the low concentration of organic matter is not enough to burn without direct fuel. The flame can be ignited under the conditions of temperature and retention time, and can reach 99% heat treatment efficiency.

       The liquid absorption method is based on the principle of similar compatibility between the liquid absorption liquid and the organic friendly gas to achieve the purpose of treating organic waste gas. In order to enhance the absorption effect, a mixed liquid composed of a liquid petroleum-based substance, surface-active radon, and water is used as the absorption liquid. In recent years, the Japanese have studied the use of cyclospermine as an absorption material for organic halides. Based on the principle that cyclospermine has a great affinity for organic compounds, the aqueous solution of cyclospermine is used as the absorption tritium to absorb organic halide gas. This kind of absorbent has the advantages of high desorption rate, no energy pollution, no energy pollution and repeated use.

       The application of the adsorption method has the advantages of low energy consumption, mature technology, high removal rate, thorough purification and easy promotion, and has good environmental and economic benefits. The disadvantage is that the equipment is large and the process is complicated. When there is colloidal particles or other impurities in the exhaust gas, the suction agent is easy to poison. The adsorption method is mainly used for the treatment of low-concentration high-throughput processable organic compounds (VOCs). The key to the determination of OCs is the getter. The getter should have an empty set of fine pore structure, large internal surface area, good suction performance, stable chemical properties, not easy to break, and low resistance to air.
